Jerry has been a licensed Florida real estate broker and REALTOR for over 40 years and is the qualifying broker for the company. Over his career he has sold, leased, and managed properties in multiple property classes: residential, commercial, retail, multi-family, and land development acreage.
Working as a broker and a consultant he has gained considerable knowledge and experience in construction, site planning, land use, leasing, property management, investment and highest and best use analysis.

For 40 years Gabriele owned a successful advertising agency located in Tampa, FL serving major national clients across a broad spectrum of industries guiding and implementing their national and local advertising needs across multiple venues.
