Jerry Clinebell
Jerry is a native Floridian, born in Winter Park but grew up in the Tampa Bay area. Growing up, Jerry's family was in the real estate and construction businesses which allowed him to gain knowledge and experience early. At age 18 Jerry obtained his real estate salesperson's license and a year later at 19 obtained his broker's license. After college Jerry moved to South Florida where he spent ten years specializing in appraisal and valuations for institutional and government clients. In the mid 80's Jerry came back to Central Florida and shortly transitioned from appraisals to sales and marketing. Over his 40 plus year career, Jerry has sold, leased, or managed residential, commercial, multi-family, and land development properties.
Jerry's approach to real estate is rooted in trust, communication, and genuine care. He believes that buying or selling real estate should feel meaningful, not mechanical. Whether you're stepping into the market for the first time, relocating, or seeking a strategic investment, Jerry's expertise, dedication, and attention to details ensure a seamless, personalized experience at every stage. In his personal time, Jerry plays golf, enjoys boating with friends, cooking, fine dining, and entertaining at home.
Gabriele faulkner
Gabriele was born in and grew up in Berlin, Germany. She came to America after college in the early 1970's. She settled in the Tampa Bay area and soon thereafter began her career in the advertising business. With hard work, focus, and dedication, she and her partners founded a successful advertising agency serving local, regional, and national clients. With her natural leadership skills she assumed the lead role for new business development for the agency, traveling frequently around the country giving presentations to company executives, building new client relationships. She brings her vast experience, skills, and a dedication to excellence to Clinebell Faulkner, REALTORS.
In her personal time Gabriele enjoys gardening, cooking, fine dining, and entertaining at home. Gabriele is a member of several social clubs within the Mount Dora area.
