MEET Jerry Clinebell
Jerry has been a licensed Florida real estate broker and REALTOR for over 40 years and is the qualifying broker for the company. Over his career he has sold, leased, and managed properties in multiple property classes: residential, commercial, retail, multi-family, and land development acreage. Working as a broker and a consultant he has gained considerable knowledge and experience in construction, site planning, land use, leasing, property management, investment and highest and best use analysis. With his dedication to purpose and attention to every detail in the transaction, over his career Jerry has maintained a “contract to close” rate of nearly 100%.

The Registration Act, 1908, the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 mandates the registration of an agreement for sale of an immovable property. By registering the agreement for sale of an immovable property, it becomes a permanent public record. Further, a person is considered as the legal owner of an immovable property only after he gets such property registered in his name.
