Jerry Clinebell

Jerry is a native Floridian, born in Winter Park but grew up in the Tampa Bay area. Growing up, Jerry’s family was in the real estate and construction businesses which allowed him to gain knowledge and experience early. At age 18 Jerry obtained his real estate salesperson’s license and a year later at 19 obtained his broker’s license. After college Jerry moved to South Florida where he spent ten years specializing in appraisal and valuations for institutional and government clients. In the mid 80’s Jerry came back to Central Florida and shortly transitioned from appraisals to sales and marketing. Over his 40 plus year career, Jerry has sold, leased, or managed residential, commercial, multi-family, and land development properties.
